｜Reservation｜

Reservation can be made from 13:00 to 16:00 daily.
Time Course: 90 mins
Small class teaching, starts with 1 person, up to 6 people per session.

｜Notes｜

Soap cannot be taken home on the same day.
It must be picked up in-store within 4 to 30 days after the production date, or it can be shipped at your expense.
No additional notifications for soap pickup will be provided.
For safety, children 10+ can work independently, while those 7-10 need parental assistance.

Cancellation & Date Change Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: Refund after deduction of handling fee
Cancellation requested 4 to 6 days prior to the commencement of the course: 50% refund
Cancellation 2 to 3 days prior to course commencement, no show on the day : No refund

Date Change Policy

You can change the date 4 to 6 days prior to the commencement of the course, but only once.
After rescheduling, the course cannot be canceled.
Date changes are not accepted on the day to 3 days prior.
