Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act,
    consumers have a 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays) starting from the day after the product is received.
    For convenience store pickups, the 7-day period starts the day after the pickup date.
  2. The appreciation period is not a trial period.
    For returns, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice.

Return and Exchange Notes

  1. Products exceeding the 7-day appreciation period cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. For combo/gift box items, the entire set must be returned.
    If returning items affects the order's eligibility for free gifts, the free gifts must also be returned.
  3. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (e.g., scratches, stains) due to human factors cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Returns with damaged packaging, missing invoices, or incomplete accessories will not be accepted.

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return/exchange → Package the complete product and invoice securely →
Provide a convenient pickup time, contact number, and address → Our logistics partner will collect the return from your location

Course Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: Refund after deduction of handling fee
  2. Cancellation requested 4 to 6 days prior to the commencement of the course: 50% refund
  3. Cancellation 2 to 3 days prior to course commencement, no show on the day : No refund
  4. Any questions regarding course content or delivery must be addressed during the session.
    No refunds will be issued after course/experience completion.

Date Change Policy

  1. You can change the date 4 to 6 days prior to the commencement of the course, but only once.
  2. Date changes are not accepted on the day to 3 days prior.
  3. After rescheduling, the course cannot be canceled.
