• Like Do uses economical kraft paper for packaging, certified by the U.S. FSC™ Forest Certification and FDA.
  This durable and moisture-resistant material is environmentally friendly, and we encourage reuse.
  
• For DIY Courses, please contact us via Line @likedo (https://lin.ee/93S2Dj3) to schedule your class. 
• For Online Courses, materials are shipped within 2 - 14 business days after order placement (excluding the day of order).
  Upon receiving the materials, please contact us via Line @likedo (https://lin.ee/93S2Dj3) to schedule your class.
• During holidays, natural disasters, or high order volume periods, shipping may be delayed.
• For home delivery, the actual delivery time depends on the courier's route.
  Typically, it takes 3 - 5 business days within Taiwan's main island and 5 - 7 business days for outlying islands.
• For convenience store pickup, please check for arrival notifications and pick up your package within 7 days.
  Unclaimed packages will incur shipping fees, which the customer must cover. 

Invoice Issuance 

• Paper Invoice: A paper invoice will be included with your shipment.
  If you need an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the tax ID and company name during checkout. 
• E-Invoice: If you prefer an e-invoice, please enter your mobile barcode during checkout. We will store the invoice in the carrier.

Prepayment Period for Course

• DIY Courses must be completed within 30 days of successful order placement.
